Light it up!

I love to find a great antique or vintage lamp and bring it back to life!  It's so easy to rewire...just get a lamp makers kit and a butter knife!  Two small screws to remove and easily replace wire and socket!  A cool vintage lamp can be accented with a new base, shade, or more!  I'm preparing to wrap vintage metal shade forms ( missing fabric) with brass chain!  Or add a shade of color!  Tall green buffet lamps in glass with navy blue shades?  Fabulous!  Blue and white lamps with general green shades? Divine!

Color pop!!! It's just paint!

Do you have built ins that are great but may need a punch?  Consider color!  I'm preparing to high gloss all my kitchen cabinets versus a major redo!  The original hardware with be polished up, shiny brass  ( yes it's back in a big way)  Make it fabulous with paint!!!  More to come!!!

Try adding contemporary!!!

Adding contemporary art into a traditional space is an easy way to freshen up!  A modern take on cypress swamps not only adds interest, but the subject is appropriate to the flora and fauna of SC!

We love the numerous festivals and events held downtown each year!  The season is kicking off with the Pawleys Island festival of music and art!!! Here downtown we will have artist painting live on the street!  September 24th!

Pool room redo! Who's ready to play!!!

We recently took a white box and transformed with a rich color, luxury tile with a bit of glitz in it, wallpaper that simulates pressed tin and lots of color pop!

This room is meant for fun!  We've added a "rail" to rest a beverage or poolstick!  It will be stained in a high gloss to match the table!  Make it awesome!   

We Love Boxwood!

Preserved boxwood topiaries and wreaths are our favorites!  Use them all through your home to add that greenery that is needed!  We offer a selection of them that are ready to go!  A lite misting occasionally will keep them in top shape!

Have you ever loved one book so much that it is your go to?  I highly suggest this book, An affair with a house, by famed designer Bunny Williams.  Not only great picture of her home, but great recipes too?  I find myself doodling while looking at its pages!
